Ruby Care was established in 2011 to provide individual personalised Home Care for adults wanting to continue living comfortably and independently in their own home.
We specialise in Night Care and support.
Perhaps you are looking for support in the short-term following a hospital discharge? We are able to support you to help you regain your confidence and independence. We offer Night Support in your own home.
All our care and support workers are trained and receive specialist training in areas of expertise.

So what makes us different from all the other Home Care Companies?
We understand that you want consistency and continuity with your care and therefore our care and support staff work in SMALL teams supporting a small group of individuals. You will be allocated a key worker (someone who is reponsible for and predominantly cares for YOU), they will be supported by their team to provide you with the care you need in their absence (holidays and sickness) thereby limiting the different faces you will be seeing during the week. We understand that you do not want to be cared for by strangers and we make sure this never happens.
You will receive a photo montage of your team of care and support workers so they are easily identifiable. They will get to know you as an individual to understand your likes and dislikes and ensure the care you receive is consistent and carried out in a timely manner.
