We provide individual personalised Home Care for people of all ages and with varying disabilities to enable individuals to lead an independent life in their own home.
We offer a flexible range of services to meet your needs ranging from meal preparation, assisting on trips to high level personal care packages and palliative care.
All our care and support workers are trained to NVQ2 and above and receive specialist training in areas of expertise.
WHAT MAKES DIFFERENT
We understand that you want CONSISTENCY with your care and therefore our care and support staff work in SMALL TEAMS supporting a small group of individuals. You will be allocated a key worker (someone who is reponsible for and predominantly cares for YOU), they will be supported by their team to provide you with the care you need in their absence (holidays and sickness) thereby limiting the different faces you will be seeing during the week. We understand that you do not want to be cared for by strangers.
You will receive a photo montage of your team of care and support workers so they are easily identifiable. They will get to know you as an individual to understand your likes and dislikes and ensure the care you receive is consitent and caried out in a timely manner.
